My whole body health coaching program is one way that we can work together. It is a blend of life coaching and movement exploration tailored to suit your unique needs.
Designed to help you regain your life back if you have been living with persistent niggles and pain in your body so that you can perform your daily activities with greater ease, participate in the activities that you love again, and live a fulfilling life.
Everyone is different and we have different needs. One size does not fit all.
The plan is to create a collaborative coaching relationship with the flexibility to work together in-person or online.
We will take into consideration the interconnection of your physical, emotional, social as well as environmental factors that are unique to you to create a holistic program that will help you discover possibilities for positive changes that you never thought of before.
The 4 week program will include:
AUTHENTICITY AUDIT - 1 x 75 Minutes Initial Session
An initial audit of different areas that make up your life including health and wellness, relationships, finances, career, physical environment, diet, sleep, self development.
MINDFUL MOVEMENT - 4 x 1 Hour Movement Sessions
Weekly embodiment and movement sessions to discover pain free strategies to regain confidence to move again
COLLABORATIVE COACHING - 4 x 1 Hour Coaching Sessions
Weekly coaching call to discuss your needs, progress and help you become self-reliant and build self efficacy for different areas of your life
COMMUNITY & CONSISTENCY - 4 x 30 Minutes Online Mindful Movement Classes
Weekly group mat online movement class to build consistency and be part of a support community
ACCOUNTABILITY & SUPPORT
On-going support via email or text in between sessions
