I work with clients mostly in a one-to-one setting. This allows for full individual attention and the flexibility to tailor each session based on your goals and expectations, your injury and medical history, and how you show up on the day itself.
Perhaps you have an injury and need personalised rehabilitation care.
Or you are looking for better fitness guidance.
Or you are seeking help to deal with a persistent pain that you have been living with so that you can enjoy activities that you love to do with greater ease.
Or you may be training to become a Pilates or movement teacher and would like to have a better understanding of movement principles and how they feel in your own body.
Your session will be fully customised and they can be booked at your convenience.
There is flexibility to choose either to have the session in-person, working on the Pilates equipment in my home studio in Barcelona or to have the session online in the comfort of your home from anywhere in the world.
The introductory offer has proven to work very well for first time clients.
Having 2 sessions in a row allows them to process the findings from the initial assessment. They have time in between sessions to apply what they have learned from the first session to their daily lives.
They tend to tune in better to their bodies at the second session and movement concepts become clearer.
Many of my clients choose to continue with private lessons because they feel the immediate benefits after the introductory sessions.
