MOVE WITH CONFIDENCE AGAIN
An ongoing practice of restoring the human sensory feedback loop
The Movement Integration Academy
An online space for embodied learning — supporting a gradual return to ease, confidence, and trust in movement by restoring how sensing, learning, and responding work together.
There is no right way to move here, and nothing you need to achieve.
Rather than pushing or correcting, the focus is on noticing, choosing, and responding — allowing your nervous system to adapt at its own pace. Over time, this restores confidence, coordination, and ease in movement and daily life.
A supportive online practice space with a growing on-demand library and optional live sessions, designed to help you keep listening, learning, and adapting — including a gentle return to activities like running after injury or hesitation.
Why adults often lose access to early movement intelligence
Many adults don’t feel less capable — they feel less certain about what to listen to.
How movement confidence first develops
In early life, movement develops through exploration, variation, and feedback — long before instruction or correction. This is how coordination, balance, and confidence first emerge.
What changes over time
As we grow older, those learning conditions often change. Injury, stress, performance demands, or repeated holding can interrupt this process. The body adapts by narrowing options — bracing, avoiding, or pushing through — even when the original context has passed.
Why trust can feel lost
Over time, this can feel like a loss of confidence or trust in movement. Not because something is wrong, but because the system hasn’t been supported to learn again.
The Movement Integration Academy exists to give adults the conditions they need to learn again — so trust, coordination, and confidence can return naturally over time.
WHO IS THIS FOR
This space is for people who want their body to learn again — at their own pace, with support and room to observe and reflect as they move.
This is for you if:
Movement feels managed rather than natural
You often second-guess what your body is telling you
You’re tired of pushing, fixing, or performing
You want guidance — but not correction
You want a steady place to practise listening, not achieving
Many people arrive here from different paths. If any of this resonates with you, you’re in the right place.
My work is shaped by embodied learning — supporting people to understand how their bodies move, and to build confidence through awareness, exploration, and practice over time.
GUIDING PRINCIPLES
The Online Academy is your online practice space for embodied movement and nervous system support. Three interwoven principles guide the work in the Movement Integration Academy:
Somatic Intelligence
Inspired by the Feldenkrais Method
Movement is approached as a way of learning rather than performing.
Practices invite you to notice how your nervous system organises movement, and how new patterns can emerge through awareness and curiosity.
Functional Integration
Informed by Clinical Pilates
Movement is supported by clinical reasoning and an understanding of biomechanics.
Practices explore whole-body coordination and functional movement patterns, supporting efficiency, adaptability, and ease.
Embodied Presence
Mindfulness & Nervous System Awareness
Attention is given to safety, regulation, and lived experience.
Body, breath, and awareness come together so movement becomes a way of settling, sensing, and reconnecting.
How the Academy supports ongoing learning
Weekly Live Practice
Members are welcome to join a live movement session once a week.
Class times alternate to support different schedules and time zones:
- Tuesdays: 19:30 CET | 18:30 UK
- Thursdays: 13:30 CET | 12:30 UK
Live sessions are offered as a shared practice space rather than a performance or workout.
All sessions are recorded and added to the library. Attendance is optional — come when it serves you.
On-Demand Library
Explore a growing collection of integrated movement practices, organised as whole-body experiences:
- Shorter practices (10–30 min)
- Longer explorations (45–60 min)
- Themed practices (different focus)
There is no right order.
Choose what suits best for your own practice based on how you are feeling on the day.
In-Depth Workshops
Get to Know Your Body Series
A series of 8 in-depth, 90-minute workshops exploring fundamental movement themes, including the pelvis, spine, shoulders, hips, walking, feet, head, and rotation.
Each workshop approaches the body as an integrated whole — the learning happens in how everything works together.
The whole series (worth €360) is included as part of your membership.
€39/month or €390/year

Support & connection
Shared Space
A quiet, supportive space for reflection, questions, and connection with others who are exploring this work.
Participation is optional and self-led.
Some people enjoy sharing experiences or asking questions; others prefer to practice privately.
Both are equally welcome.
CONTINUITY
Ways People Sometimes Continue
Some members choose to deepen or extend their work through:
- Private 1-on-1 sessions (member rate available)
- Early access to new workshops or themed explorations
- Retreats and immersive experiences
There’s no expectation — simply options that are there if and when they feel useful.
What People Often NOtice Over Time
Members describe:
Feeling more at ease and confident in everyday movement
A growing ability to notice and respond to their body’s signals
Less habitual tension or bracing
A calmer relationship with activity and exercise
Increased trust in their own movement choices
These shifts tend to emerge gradually, through consistent, attentive practice rather than effort or force.
ABOUT ME
I’m SooHui — an embodied movement teacher trained in Polestar Pilates and currently completing Feldenkrais Professional Training.
For over a decade, I’ve been exploring one central question:
How do bodies learn to trust movement again?
What I’ve learned is that trust tends to return through practices that help us sense ourselves more clearly, regulate the nervous system, and move from curiosity rather than fear or force.
The Movement Integration Academy is where I share this work with people around the world — creating a space to practice, learn, and rebuild trust in the body with the support of continuity and community.
My approach draws from:
- Polestar Pilates (rehabilitation and clinical biomechanics)
- The Feldenkrais Method (somatic education and nervous system learning)
- Mindfulness and meditation (embodied presence and regulation)
Rather than teaching any single method, I focus on integration — blending these influences to support each person in finding their own way of moving with ease, intelligence, and trust.
I’m based in Barcelona and work with students globally. Once a year, we also gather in person for a Mediterranean retreat — and meeting face-to-face after moving together online is always a powerful experience.

FAQS
1. What if I can’t attend live classes?
Live sessions are optional and recorded. Many members primarily use the on-demand library and join live when it fits their schedule. The Academy is designed to work with your life, not against it.
2. Do I need any equipment?
No equipment is required. A mat can be helpful but isn’t essential. All practices can be adapted to your space and to what you have available.
3. What if I’ve never done this kind of work before?
That’s absolutely fine. The Academy is suitable for people new to this approach as well as those with more movement experience. You’ll be guided through sensing and exploring rather than performing or achieving specific positions.
4. Can I cancel at any time?
Yes.
You can explore the Movement Integration Academy with a 7-day free trial, with no payment details required. If you decide it’s not right for you, simply cancel during the trial and you won’t be charged.
If you choose a monthly membership, you can cancel at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
If you choose an annual membership, payment is taken after the trial and access continues for the full year.
5. When do I get access to the workshops?
The Get to Know Your Body workshop series is included as part of the Academy library. You’re free to explore the workshops when they feel supportive for you.
6. What if I need more individualised support?
Some members choose to complement the Academy with occasional private 1-on-1 sessions for more personalised guidance. This is entirely optional and available when it feels useful.
7. Is this suitable if I have injuries?
The work is gentle, exploratory, and informed by nervous system awareness. That said, if you have acute injuries or medical concerns, it’s important to consult your healthcare provider. You’re always encouraged to move within your own comfort and capacity.
8. How is this different from other online movement platforms?
The Academy is designed as an ongoing practice space rather than a collection of classes. Live sessions offer real-time, guided exploration, the library is organised to support continuity, and there’s space for reflection and shared learning if you’d like it.
9. What if I’m not sure it’s right for me?
You’re welcome to start with the 14-day free trial. This gives you time to experience live practice, explore the library, and see how the approach feels. If it’s not the right fit, you can cancel within the trial period.
