ONLINE 6 WEEK ACCOUNTABILITY SERIES
Consistency is key to maintaining a healthy body. It is about showing up, even when you do not feel like it. Join a small group of 6 people, twice a week, to keep each other accountable and stay committed.
 
The series will help you develop better body awareness and build strength. We will start each class moving mindfully and breaking down the original Pilates mat repertoire into understandable movement concepts so that you can truly feel how your body should support each exercise before we proceed with the strength training exercises or adding load.
 
A small class ensures that you will receive attention and feedback, and we will use small props such as light weights and resistance bands.
 
There is flexibility to match your busy work or travel plans. I will create a schedule that works for everyone in the group based on your availability to commit for 6 weeks.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Format: Zoom Online Live - Limited to 6 Participants

Commitment: 6 Weeks - 2x a week

Timing: Scheduled based on your availability and commitment for 6 weeks (Reach out to make arrangement)

Duration: 60 Minutes per class

Cost: €349 for the 6 week series (€29 per class including IVA)

What to Bring: Light weights 1or 2KG; Resistance Bands (Reach out if you don't have these props)
