Monthly Mindful Movement Online Workshop
A 90 minutes online exploratory movement workshop that focuses on how movement feels lighter when your whole body works as one to support a daily function like walking.
We will embody the basic gait pattern and understand how your body coordinates and works together as a team to support your body to stand upright and walk with ease.
Optimal walking will help you go further or faster and feel good about it!
