WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE
Each week, we’ll focus on small, mindful movements that help you understand and trust your body in a new way.
You’ll receive:
- 5 live online classes (60 min each) with personal feedback (max 10 participants).
- 15 min discussion after live class (optional).
- Class replays so you can revisit or catch up if you miss a session.
- Simple, 10-minute self-practice sequences for home.
- A supportive environment where questions are welcomed — not rushed.

WEEK 1 - BREATH & RIBCAGE AWARENESS
Physical focus:Breath pathways, ribcage mobility, diaphragm integration.
Emotional benefit: Feel expansion and lightness, discover ease in breathing as a foundation for movement.

WEEK 2 - SPINE: HEAD TO TAIL CONNECTION
Physical focus:Head-tail relationship, spine mobility in all planes.
Emotional benefit: Feel centred and fluid, reduce tension through natural spine rhythm.

WEEK 3 - SHOULDER GIRDLE & HEAD FREEDOM
Physical focus: Shoulder blades, collarbones, upper arm bone, jaw/neck awareness..

WEEK 4 - HIPS & PELVIS AS A DYNAMIC BASE

WHY IT WORKS
This program is built on a blend of rehabilitation-based Pilates, Feldenkrais, and Franklin Method techniques. It’s about awareness — not pushing harder — so you can feel safe, confident, and free in your body again.

No — all levels are welcome. These sessions are gentle and exploratory.

I specialise in mindful movement for those with pain or injury history. You’ll receive individual guidance and modifications.
