We can work together to develop better body awareness, embody movement concepts, and explore positive movement experiences to help you trust your body to move with ease, so that you feel confident to participate in the activities that you love again.

Starting out as a new Pilates teacher can be daunting. I have been through the journey myself and understand the challenges along the way. You may not know how to find your first teaching opportunity. You may feel overwhelmed by the many options of what to add to your professional training. You may want to leave your corporate job to teach Pilates full time but feel scared to take the leap of faith. We can work together to review key areas of your life that are of importance to you, create a structure and clear path based on your priorities so you can take steps to see your dream of having a fulfilling Pilates teaching career come true.

MINI COURSE FOR PEOPLE WHO LIKE TO LEARN HOW THEIR BODY MOVES

Have you ever felt like you are trying to copy an alignment instead of experiencing how the movement feels right within your own body when you attend an exercise class, and as result felt disconnected?

An introduction to Mindful Movement and Embodiment mini course that consists of a series of 5 x 30 minutes of self learning videos, using tools like self touch and imagery to sense how different parts of the body move and work together to create an efficient and positive movement experience that feels right in your own body.

The goal is to encourage you to approach your body and how it moves with curiosity, develop a better body and self awareness that will be transferable to other activities in your daily life.
